- To be published in the IEEE LATINCOM 2019 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, authors of papers accepted for presentation are required to register for the conference at the Author/Paper (member or non-member) rate.
- One Author/Paper (Author/Paper) registration is valid for up to two (2) papers.
- AUTHOR Conference Registration Includes: All conference sessions, keynotes, technical sessions, access to conference proceedings, two daily networking breaks, and welcome reception. All authors must register with an Author Full Conference registration. Tutorial Sessions are not included in this conference registration.
