The 11th Latin-American Conference on Communications (LATINCOM 2019) will be held in Bahia at the Hotel Mercure, Salvador on 11 – 13 November 2019. Salvador is one of the most beautiful cities in Brazil and also become international tourist destinations. Famous for its history, for the cultural miscegenation, for its beaches, humid tropical climate, for religious and for its hospitable people. It is in this formidable and welcoming environment that IEEE LATINCOM will take place.

The IEEE LATINCOM is an international conference organized by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Latin America Region. IEEE LATINCOM is the most important conference on communications in Latin America it is held annually and attracts submissions and participants from all around the world.
